Set a timer 5 minutes before each pause so you don’t miss your moment.
Block your 3 daily Pause times for the 9 days. Protect that time like a meeting with your soul.
Add reminders 5 mins before & 4 mins after giving you a second 15 mins window for your 6 mins Pause

Place one hand on your heart, the other on your belly. Breathe. Slow it down. Let silence settle in. When thoughts arise, gently overwrite them with: “I am safe. All is well. I am loved.”
As your breath deepens, silently repeat: “Peace. Let there be
peace. I bless all with peace. May there be peace for all.”
When the timer ends, whisper: “Thank you, thank you, thank
you.” End with “Shanti, Shanti, Shanti”

Feel free to personalize this practice and be gentle with yourself. If first 9 days your mind insists on negative thought loops that’s ok. Your goal is simply to TAKE A 6 MINUTE PAUSE FROM THE WORLD, 3 times a day.
